I'm watching it again tonight. What a hateful shower of retards these people are. IT is terrible listening to the vile thoughts they are perpetrating onto the poor children they have in the ranks.

watched about 10 mins of it!.............hated it!............could not watch any more!......they are crazy folk!...........
If I had a dead loved one whom these "people" were going to shout filth and obscenities at, I'd employ water cannons and blast them all away - harmlessly. In reality, I hope they all burn in hell for their hatred.
"I'm watching it again tonight" - you're keen! No I couldn't manage it once let alone watch it again. Very disturbing; how they can put all that c**p before thier family relationships?

Religion, maidup. It makes people do the most evil of things. How ironic.
Just glad my Mother never came across that church :-(
Where does all their anger come from? Were these people born twisted and evil? Any child to be brought up in such an environment is not getting a chance to develop into people who will positively contribute to society.
Very interesting that a few have left this society after Louis Theroux's first visit. Finally came to their senses, but can probably have no more contact with their families for the rest of their lives. Mind you, in this case, would you care?
ummmm - would your mum have joined up or firebombed the place?

wolf, the guy there who wears rock band t-shirts with a beard, who threw his daughter out. Apparently, he got into the church when doing a documentary on it, much like Louis. I actually wouldn't mind seeing that programme, if it was ever actually made.
Yes they are mad but at least they've never killed anybody.
Unlike some religious nuts who blow themselves, and innocent people,up or chop peoples heads off in the name of religion.
In the grand scheme of things they aren't that important and should be pitied.
Their protesting at funerals is sick but better policing could easily stop that from happening.
She's not a bad person.....but she's a born again. Their passion is similar. At least her church teaches tolerance...

I will admit that they are excellent dancers and parody song writers. Such wasted talent.
I watched it too, I felt so sorry for the younger children. The language and hatred of others they were being subjected to was just shocking.
Question Author
They don't really know what they are saying just spewing out what the older ones are pushing onto them.
Surely they're only practising more extreme versions of the child abuse that goes on all around us (and is frequently condoned by society).

My cousin (who is an extremely intelligent solicitor) and his wife take their young kids to all sorts of Christian activities and 'retreats'. I regard that as 'indoctrination' and just as offensive as any other form of child abuse (e.g. sexual). In my opinion, anyone who introduces children to religious practices, before they're old enough to make their own minds up about the existence of 'God', is a child abuser.
Question Author
Yeah Chris, I have very little time for religion and we don't discuss it in the house but my son who is 7 goes to a catholic school and his teacher at the moment is very goddy which is annoying for me, but I don't want to make a scene. I don't want to introduce him to atheism but I hate the idea of these religious thoughts being put into his head at such a vulnerable time in his mind's development.
Thanks for that Flobadob:

The school I taught in completely ignored the 1944 Education Act and excluded both religious assemblies and Religious Education but, eventually a change of head teacher and a few awkward school governors forced the introduction of RE into the curriculum. The newly appointed head of department was initially stunned to be openly referred to as "our authorised child abuser" in staff meetings but soon got used to her lowly status ;-)
to sort of sidetrack a bit....

Flobadob, ifi remember correctly, you deliberately put your child in a Catholic school, because their method of teaching was considered better than other schools in your area by you. Am I correct? I'm sure it was your post some time back in R&S about it. So you cannot now be all offended or put out when the teachers in their are all "Goddy" as you affectionally put it.

Back to topic- no, not seen it, but its bookmarked on IPlayer, will catch up on it later.
After reading this I don't think I can watch it. It will just pee me off and make me angry.
I started to watch this and thought these people were not on this Planet, maybe I will go back to it or maybe just delete it altogether, can't be ar$ed with any kind of Bible basher
