pour some floor and milk on them and make a big pancake
Hoover them up.
Ultimately extremely messy and you may have to dispose of said hoover - but it's the quickest.
A mop or Flour and then dustpan and brush it.
Sheet of newspaper on top, soak some up.

Got a dog?
Get the dog to lick them up
Oh yes - agree with bob. Dogs are brilliant at anything like that. And it'll make their coat all shiny.

1) Use dog
2) Put dog in garden
3) Leave dog in garden till windy-pops have passed

Job's a good'un
The just flour it, like Micky suggested, and dry it up a bit. Then scrape it up.
Flour is the best to make it a bit more solid and then wipe it up with paper towels. Is that why my friend called her dog Hoover then?
