Getting into Cane Hill

A group of us are very keen to get into Cane Hill and explore (take pictures etc). We're pretty much novices at this, but I'm not able to access 24dayslater.com and ask for advice, as the admin as prevented people from registering...

Can anyone with experience/knowledge of this site provide advice on how to avoid security and access the buildings...?

I expect the owners of the hospital site will not want you on it as they will be liable if you get hurt. It looks in very bad condition and unsafe.

If it has not been sold off, the local NHS trust may still own the land and buiding
