Morning Dotty, hope you are well. I feel a bit poo today but nevertheless I am smiling :)
My heroes are Jules, because she is a ace mum, is always there for me and just generally picks up all my ****.
My best mate Rach because she always looks damn fine and she is bloody inspirational.
bob, because he is a genius, he inspires me to better myself and he is so very wise. He never fails to make me laugh or see sense.
My other hero is me. Because I'm doing an excellent job of bringing up my son on my own and working to support him.
I truly do kick ass!
:)
Ahhh yes Garth, he is on my cd player in the car every morning on the way to work and cheers me up and makes me sing along!!!! Oh yes a definate hero...............
1) my parents because at an age when they should be thinking about retiring they have finally bought their house after years of poverty and hard times, they both work full time uncomplaining, I admire that they have managed to do this against the odds.
2) my children, despite having a lot against them they have turned into wonderful individuals, I admire that despite everything they still have fun and look at everything in a positive vein
3) the abers, what a great bunch of people, there is a mix of the very intelligent, the very funny and the very wise.
4) villa, for trying valiantly to mix it with the big guys (and failing again heheheh)
5) I am full of admiration for my 220yard golf drive :D
Bathsheba i have never heard of Toby Keith!!!! If he fills several dozen stadiums in the next 20 years and sells more albums than elvis maybe he would get a rateing lol!!!!!!
Top of my list would be my mum.....she was a truly good person, with not an ounce of hate, spite or anger in her, with boundless creativity and generousity of spirit............My brother-who is way older than me and still makes me fall about in giggles...........All the cats I have ever had-they keep me on my toes and are good entertainment if the telly ever breaks!!.........In A Pickle-again,he makes me laugh with his wicked humour..and he is very informative!!...........Paula Radcliffe-I have been following her since she was in her teens-an inspiring sportswoman........My daughter-for finally deciding to go to Uni in spite of mild dyslexia, and getting intoUCL-she is now in her 2nd year ,and I wish her luck in her upcoming exams!!
Today my vet is my hero. My rabbit had a hysterectomy on Wednesday morning and she's been a very sick little bunny since then. My vet went way above the call of duty for me and after a visit to the vet this morning, my little girl is no longer sitting in the corner of her hutch, bunched up and looking like a furry football and is (almost) happily munching on an apple.
I think I might do some retail therapy this afternoon to celebrate :0)
