North American Aerospace Defence Command. I know that the intitials don't exactly match but that's what it is.

You can track Father Christmas on Christmas Eve on the NORAD website - it's great.

I'm 26, and should be ashamed of myself, but I track FC every year! My hubby says he's not real, but I don't believe him.
