Who is the most famous person on the Answer Bank?

In terms of numbers of posts and the count of people he/she has got into arguments with, I would say it's Ward-Minter.

And good for him I say. Even though we disagree on everything, it's good that he/she is around.

So who else? How many posts have you got under your belt.

(By the way, I've posted this on the News section because I believe this is related to news, insomuch that this is the most 'posted to' page.

I tend to avoid arguments. Blood pressure is high enough without getting wound up by a bunch of people I don't know :o).

Oh, and I'd say B&S is the most 'posted to' section. Not that I'm trying to start an argument of course ;o)

I guess I am not very inquisitive ~ but I do like a bit of a natter!

There are lots of famous ABers..Wardy, john lambert, Dotty..oh and you? ;o)

I reckon it's sexyrussian personally. I don't think there's anyone who doesn't know who she is (and all her aliases).

And sexyrussian, incase you read this, it's not something to be proud of love.

To answer your question, I reckon the most famous would be either Andy Hughes or Quiz Monster - but both rarely come into the news category.
Yes I think that Andy Hughes and Quizmonster are the most famous, along with Dot Hawkes, Clanad and Smudge. BTW I've asked 37 questions and posted 2005 replies.
Oops - forgot to mention pixi!

Mentions must go out to Boo....ShaneyStar. In fact there must be a good number of regulars here on AB. Some stay in one topic..others visit them all

Andy Hughes is by far the best Answerbank member here as his answers are always spot on in any subject.
I would say good old Wardy is infamous rather than famous!
Personally, my AB history is as follows:

Banned: 4 (and they weren't even controversial!)
I actually visit the website quite regularly, but don't offer my opinion if a similar one has already been offered.
sp1814, my record is hardly impressive (actually it's not) but since you ask :

None of my questions were banned, but a few random answers were - and the controversial QandA can be found here:

To add to my previous answer..

AndyHughes really is, in my opinion, the god father of AB. Answers are always well thought out and well worded.

WardMinter... I love his opinions. But I get the feeling he gets more out of winding people up than giving valid answers. Nowt wrong with that, but could probably use his time better ;o).

I also have to mention LooseHead with whom I feel a political allegiance just from his postings on News.
Sorry, I meant Hi Spudqueen & all - seeing as you mentioned me, ta!
