Holt is one of the most delightful country towns in the whole of East Anglia. It's rather 'up market' with lots of antique shops and several expensive shops selling, for example, the type of furnishings that look better in a manor house than in a maisonette. As Lankeela suggests, house prices are among the highest in Norfolk.

If you like living alongside the 'county set' in a very attractive little country town, you'd love Holt. If, on the other hand, you're looking for vibrant night-life then you'll need to move much closer to Norwich.

They're like that in Suffolk, they live a simple life and are easily pleased LOL .
