Like most organisations I'm sure Mensa 'rents' its membership list out to selected third-party bodies for mailing purposes etc. This service costs, obviously, and it's unlikely that the third party would ever 'own' the list.

There is a 'book' which comes out every so often with details of members but only those Mensa members who wish to be listed are in it. You could always ask them here if there is a list.
