I am being pestered by the same telephone number today...arghhhh

I am on the registered 'pest phone calls site, can't think of it's proper title !
but this number has called me at least 15 times today, I know it's not a legit number as I have had it before, very clever they are though, they use the 0191 prefix which is my area code, last time they rang about 3 weeks ago, it was to tell me I had a fault on my computer,,,yeh right so I told them to email me as they knew so much about my computer, I didn't give any email address btw, then the line went dead, these scammers are bloody annoying !!
the voice was of Indian origin I think, but 15 calls on one day and it's just 2-30...!!

I've taken to answering these stupid phone calls, not saying anything and leaving the phone on the side. I have got a list of 12 persistent idiots who call me up at the moment.

tell them they've got through to a secure governmental phone line by mistake tell them not to bother hanging up as the numbers traced already but demand their full name.

Next time they ring up, put the phone handset down on the table and leave them talking to themselves for a while. When they realise that that's costing them money, they might [might!] get fed up.
