Does anyone remember the name and make of a mid to late 1970's ride-on toy with two large orange balls as wheels? It had a blue frame and you sat within it & steered the front ball with two handle grips which also operated friction brakes on the ball wheels?

or there are more on that site

No, it wasn't the Krazy Kar, but many thanks! The one I'm thinking of had a large ball at the front and one at rear, you sat in a low slung plastic seat within the frame - I've never had one, but always fancied one as a child. I think it was intended for use to ride down sand dunes & looked really cool!
It sounds a little bit like a Big Wheel, but that had three wheels.

Check out this site - http://www.kidswheels.com/index.cfm - scroll down the left to the section on foot/floor ride-on toys. Maybe something here will match your memory.

Nope - still not it - although it looks fun! The wheels are balls - not actual wheels...
