Restoring to factory settings

I am having problems with my computer, and have been told to restore to the factory settings. I have copied all my documents, photos, favourites etc. to external hard drive. I have also made a cd of windows reinstall. Are there any other files (or things!) that I should copy? Nothing major stored on my computer, I just use internet mostly.
