audio/video splicing tape

where in the Uk can i get splicing tape for use on cassette, 1/4" open reel and videotape? Online sources also welcome... romko (Wed 22:48 12/Jan/05)

I used to use 'invisible' sellotape (the kind you can write on) it seemed to work perfectly on old reel to reel tape.
