what happens if you buy something from ebay and it is faulty?

You contact the seller and demand a replacement or refund.

You contact the seller, explain the problem and ask for a refund or replacement.

And if that fails you open a dispute with the seller,either through the ebay website or through paypal if that is what you paid with.

ok i'm jsut s bit wary of buying electricall goods from ebay.
