Banana Boat Powder Dry - as per the description. It is a fairly thin cream that drys to a powder when rubbed on and it doesn't get sand etc stuck to it and it is water resistant. It also smells delicious!

I got it from Tesco, but I am sure that most chemists/supermarkets will have it.
