If we're going black and white, Mrs Minniver,

Loved Mr Ed as well.
Mrs Miniver is a real tear jerker, especially the scene in the car.
When I was about 15 I disovered the Marx Brothers... and well. sheer genius

Yes Dot also Walter off "Nearest And Dearest" is in it (a speaking part too) Laurel And Hardy always hit the spot for me as well as Harold Lloyd.
As a small boy I was in and out of hospital a lot and afternoon T.V in those days (mid 70s) were always black and white films Cary Grant was a big favourite of mine, I tried to emulate but my scouse accent just got in the way, LOL.
Sigh.
Oh dear! Don't think I ever managed to watch one all the way through, but...Ghostbusters...Robocop...Batman...Indiana Jones...Home Alone....
