'Click Heat' packs

Hello,
I recently bought some 'click heat' pads from Braehead shopping centre in Glasgow. They are a gel pack with a silver coin in them, when the silver coin is pressed they heat up and the gel becomes a solid.
However, I do not know how to use the pack again as I cant get the material to return to gel.
Has anyone used these before and any ideas how they work?

you need to pop them into a pan, bring to the boil for a couple of minutes, then take off the heat and leave them to cool - hey ho - they'll be gel again, ready to use...

You just need to put the whole thing in boiling water until it dissolves fully.
