paris sizes...?

im going to paris in two weeks and i want to do some seriou sshopping, i want to know what dress sizes they do over there?? i.e. is it 6, 8, 10, 12........or 0, 1, 2, 3.....???
just want to be ready for when i go.

It's 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46...etc

18 is 46, 16 is 44, 14 is 42....etc
