Converse All Stars half sizes

Hi,

Does anyone know where to find Converse All Stars in half sizes in London?

I need a size 8.5/Euro 43. That's the size of the pairs I already have which were bought abroad.

I've tried the Converse shop on Carnaby St, Size?, Office, Schuh (sp?), and a lot more of the chain stores.
I've had a look in Camden too but couldn't find them anywhere.

Buying from Converse's website isn't really an option because they charge £50 per pair for delivery which is more expensive than the shoes themselves and eBay isn't much use either.
