I wonder if anyone recalls an advert for furniture (well, sofa's definitely) featuring a woman, possibly about 10 years ago? I think it was Harvey's but I can't rule out DFS or another company. The actress looked/sounded amazing in this ad and her introductory words as she sat on a sofa were 'something like', "what are you looking at? Sit down." I think she was wearing a red dress. If anyone knows her name, I can look her up. Thanks!

sceptic, the lovely Jilli Foot made a number of ads in 1997-8 for DFS upholstery. Here she is in one from 1997 57 seconds or so into the video. she may be the person you are thinking of...

Many thanks for replying and trying, but it's definitely not her. It may not necessarily have been 10 years back. See to have also seen her more recently on a kitchen ad and in a TV programme, but can't say for sure. Does she have a birth mark on the front of her neck?

She was in a Magnet advert fairly recently. Not sure if it was also Magnet some years ago though I thought she was adveretising sofas as shec was sat on one. Here's the more recent Magnet ad with her anyway:
