fly killing tennis racket?

my friend tells me that she has a sort of tennis racket that is electrified by batteries i assume. when you swot a fly it then dies, i would really like one of these, she thinks she got it from a holiday resort once, has anyone seen one of these?

I saw them in a cheap discount shop for �1.99. Just look through the cheap shops and you might see one.
