Help! Where has Frank Clothing Ltd gone?!

i received a gift voucher for christmas to spend at my local Frank store but it closed! the website says its experiencing a refurb, i cant find any other of the Frank store branches!
have they all closed down?
has the company gone bankrupt or something?

The one in Reading closed down over a year ago, my friends b/f bought her a top for her boyfriend, it was originally out of stock and then it never arrived, web site was useless and he never got his money back.... doubt that actually helps you but at least you know your not alone.
