I tried some for the first time on my son when he grazed his shin a week ago. I don't know if I put too much on but it won't come off! It's supposed to wear off after a couple of days but his leg still has a coating on it which is filthy now with the fluff from the insides of his tousers and general dirt that adheres to it - it looks awful! I've tried baby wipes, baby lotion on cotton wool, good old soap and water and elbow grease, and even one of those exfoliating puffs but nothing will shift the stuff!!! Anybody got any suggestions short of a hammer and chisel or a blowtorch??? I wondered if nail varnish remover might dissolve it but I don't want to dry his skin out, and the original graze is still a bit tender under there. Thanks.

Awww you've put me off buying some now, I was only going to get it because it was "high tech"...lol

Can't offer any advise, but I suppose you could contact the makers?

Theres a 'contact us' section on their web address here.

Good idea - I've emailed them via the Elastoplast website. Fingers crossed! I was really keen to try it but I certainly wouldn't use it again - it smells really strongly of some sort of spirit when you spray it on, and it runs everywhere, although as I said I may have applied too much.

Thanks again, Denise.
Baby oil?
I have used this in the past, it does wear off but it took about a week in my case!
