Have a document with 2 pages and want to print them side by side on one sheet (leaflet style). I've tried to print, zoom, and 2 pages per sheets but the drop down box is grayed out so I can't select it. Any ideas gratefully received as its driving me nuts. I've searched the internet and everyone says "PRINT>ZOOM> SELECT "2 PAGES PER SHEET"
Many thanks

Which software? (Word 2007, Word 2010, Word 2013, OpenOffice Writer, LibreOffice, etc)

. . . and which printer please?

(Sometimes it's easiest to achieve what you're seeking via the software settings; at others it's easier via the printer settings).

Oh, just a thought as well though:
If you ask your printer to print two pages per sheet while it's portrait mode it's probably going to refuse. Have you checked that it's set to landscape mode?

Hi Buenchico
Thanks for you response. In desperation I deleted the document and started again and it now seems to be working. Thinking back the only thing I can think is that I inserted a page break between the 2 pages (which I often do at work so habit really).
But thank you once again for taking the time to reply.
