Yes, I attempted it once. It goes on and on and on and on and... for ages. I never got to the end of it. I gave up. I think it went on for about a fortnight ! Mind you, maybe that's the idea. You watch the video for a LONG time and starvation has set in... voila! Flatter tummy due to lack of food.!.
