I sold a lot of items to the same buyer on Ebay and sent them in 2 parcels which were by Royal mail signed for
they were signed for 2 days later when I checked the numbers ,
but now the buyer is saying that she has never received anything so what happens now
I am getting rather suspicious because when I look at her feedback she has been buying a huge amount of expensive items before and after all of mine
If you sent it next day signed for (rather than just recorded delivery) and you still have your receipt, you can look at the tracking number and check-on line who actually signed for it. I did that the other day, you get a scan of the signature.
Royal Mail will know who signed for it anyway, it'll be on their electronic signature doofah.
What happens now? nothing unless she starts a 'item not received' through the Resolution Centre. If she does this, reply with a scan of the proof it was signed for. Ebay will not make you refund if the item if you have proof it has been delivered. If she tries to get you to refund her outside of EBay just ignore -its a scam.
you can,t read the signature but it gives the date and time with the printed name which is the name of the buyer
I had a feeling something would go wrong as it did seem too good to be true , the feedback from the other sellers was all good
I posted ebay stuff with royal mail signed for and on line saw the actual signatures online. I would let the buyer know that you have online proof of signed for delivery. If they are still arguing I would take it up with royal mail.
