Help! Used My Nectar Card To Get A Discount On My Sainsbury Shopping Which I Didn't Use And Can't Find It On The Site!

There's no record and I can't get into the nectar site as I forgot the password and it emailed me a link to change password but it's showing an "error" and not letting me in!

I keep getting the bottom of the page even in your link and when I try and log in I get the same error code as above! I don't know what to do as I've tried to change my password 3 times but it's not allowing me to get on!

Thanks everyone anyway I give up as I can't do my shopping within the 10 minute timeframe. Will just try again tomorrow :(

Is it easy to phone them? Is there a number and are they open tomorrow?
