Two weeks ago I located Litozin Muscle Rub on the internet site of Nutritional Healthstore. I purchased 2 tubes using my Visa debit card & opted for 1st class postage. I have never received the goods and they have never replied to my phone call or e-mail. They took payment as I checked with the credit card company. I would be interested to know if anyone out there had any dealings with this company who are based in Leicester.

Is This Usual ?

I just Googled reviews and there is only one on Yelp, that says how good they are, maybe written by themselves though.

Thank you Credulo. They have now refunded the money back into my Visa account as obviously they could not supply the goods. I think they should have had the courtesy to reply to me via phone or e-mail instead of just ignoring my concern. Not a good way to encourage more business.
