We are told it will be dry and sunny today. It's a bit nippy out at the moment. I've been out for the morning walk with the wildlife. Quite a few of them about so that's a good sign.

I'm fine thanks boaty . Got Zumba at 8-9 this morning and that's followed by circuit training , 9-10 then home for a nice hot shower and then out to meet a friend for lunch. Apart from that, nothing much else to do today. You?

nah, it's alright really, he's still only a pup so no harm done.
I was pondering lastnight how addictive AB can be, does anyone else find that?

I remember the the devastation pups can innocently cause peaspud. AB addictive? Nah.. Good morning early birds thread addictive? Yup! I started this in August 2008 and I'm still here! :o}
