Porch Problem.

Im back again with another problem. My porch roof,that black stuff is coming off in strips with this bad weather. I looked at the ceiling of the porch and there's a hairline crack above the front door which widens nearer the porch window. Do I call out a roofer or builder? TIA.

My guess is that the roof is letting in water that has cracked the ceiling. In this case I would get a roofer in.

Yes, definitely, Kat. Roofer first to put the roof right, then keep an eye on the ceiling. Most likely will only need simple filling and re-painting.
