Lousy wine refund

I bought some wine with my avios points and two bottles were corked. I called Laithwaites who said I could have two identical replacements or my money back. I did not want the same wine as I would have the same problem so I asked for my money back.
So what have they sent me? A £20 voucher for Sunday Times Wine Club where the cheapest case of wine appears to be £89!
I can't afford to pay another £69 so what should I do?

go back and tell them that is not a refund. Why do you say that the two identical bottles would have been corked as well?

The first wine was sour - I actually think it hadn't matured enough, the second one was a 2003 Rioja which tasted of nothing which suggests that it had 'gone over the top'!
Laithwaites said it was corked.
just because one bottle is corked doesn't mean that another will be, even if it's the same wine.
neither of those descriptions are actually of a corked wine. Sounds more like just poor quality to me.
