My husband is learning the guitar and it is his birthday soon. Does anyone have any ideas of a good guitar related present? He has a guitar, metronome, tuner, music stand and various books, it is his main interest, but I am at a loss to what else to get him.

Petal flower, guitar strap could be good - no Psychick, he hasn't got a case yet, but he is planning on buying a new guitar - which I can't obviously choose for him, so I think that he will get a case at the same time - he is using an old guitar that he got from my brother in law just now. he has just had it serviced, but he isn't that happy with it now.

I saw a lovely silver plectrum on ebay. It was solid silver and they would engrave it with a message.
Or how about a small replica guitar to stand on the mantlepiece ?

A guitar hanger, then he can hang his guitar on the wall then it's not always in the way (we use these in our house).

Thanks everybody some great ideas there - I also saw a guitar footstool which I thought would be good - he uses one of the those step things that kids use to reach the toilet at the moment.

Thanks guys - in the end I asked him what he needed/wanted and he asked for a Capo, a strap and what he would really like is a good song book that gives the words, melody and chords - if that makes sense! So if you have any recommendations they would be gratefully received. I think I will get some picks as well, as my son keeps pinching them as he has a little half size guitar.
