gift for an 18yr old

My neice is turning 18 soon and need ideas for a prezzy (now before I go any further i want only Clean Ideas Please).
My own daughter turned 18 a few years ago and buying her a gift was easy, but my neice is a different matter, I want to get her something unusual and special, I would rather not go for gold charms ect , ingraved champs glasses ect.........
Now again only clean suggestions as my sister would murder me if i went and got her a very unclean prezzy...

How about a nice strand of pearls? They will be underappreciated now for sure, but later in life she'll be glad to have them. Not too unique though.
