Can you buy anything to stop new shoes rubbing?

Does anyone know any tips or anything you can buy to stop new shoes rubbing so that the whole summer isn't spent with plasters all over your feet.

if they are leather shoes try stuffing them with newspaper, really cram it in and leave them for a couple of days. otherwise you can actually buy shoe stretchers which you put in and then crank open. if you google shoe stretchers you should be able to find some.

Do what I do, get someone who has a slightly bigger foot size to wear them in for you.... always works for me (cheers sis x)

Wear them with socks for a day to break them in , it'll stretch them out a bit and make the leather softer
