chocolate stockings

Does anyone know where I can buy those sweet choc stockings they are like the selection box but I have looked in all the supermarkets but only found the selection boxes. I buy them every year for the boys in the family and don`t want to disapoint them. O.K. I know they are married and will no doubt survive Christmas without them but it is a family tradition !!!! Thanks

Have you tried Co-op or Woolies ??
I'm sure i saw them in one of those shops ..
or maybe Superdrug ..Tesco ..sorry I can't
remember but they are they only big shops
here ..

Thanks the only one. I have tried Woolies Tesco Sainsbury Morrisons,Asda but not the Co-Op or Superdrug so that will be tomorrows mission !!!!

I work in a Co-op and i know we don't have them, just normal selection boxes I'm afraid. Whether other, bigger co-ops do 'em, couldn't tell you, but I'd doubt it- sorry.

the Cadbury website has them, think you can order online or you could contact them and ask for a local supplier?

Thanks everyone for your help. I have just checked the Cadbury`s web site but it appears they don`t sell the choc stockings separate only in a pack with other chocs. If I have any luck I will let you all know.!!!!

I asked my old mum, she said old fashioned newsagents might sell them and that she used to make them for us with net sewn onto card? so you could see thro to the sweets, shaped like a stocking

We never knew the difference lol

Thanks weeal good idea, I have seen today in a larger branch of Asda a small selection in a CARDBOARD stocking. Not a bit as nice as the see through netting ones they have had in previous years.Can`t think why they changed them except probably cheaper to make !!! Maybe I should start a campaign BRING BACK OUR NET STOCKINGS!!! never mind thanks for everyones help and a bit early but Happy Christmas.!
