orange face paint type stuff

I have a rather impressive baby bump and for halloween want to paint it as a pumpkin!
I've tried lookin for orange face paints but can't find any anywhere. Anyone got suggestions of anything other than face paint I could use? I did think of food colouring but apparently that stays on the skin for ages...!

Hobbycraft and a few toy shops sell snazaroo face paints and you can buy just the one colour so you are not wasting money on a whole palette of colours. Sounds fun btw.
