Is your third line just ONE first line? If it were 2 (or more) the 1st 5 letters could be The Holly and the Ivy..... or possibly something like ...now both are full well grown (?)

I've found several instances of 'The holly and the ivy now they are both full grown' on Google, so I think we've got that one sorted.
