The Oscars

Hi, I'm having family over for Christmas dinner this year and have decided to play 'The Oscars' afterwards. I need to think up some funny awards for family, i.e. 2 sisters, 1 niece age 15, 1 niece age 7, 1 niece age 2, husband and brother-in-law. Please please has anyone got any ideas - gotta be funny though and not offensive or nasty - my sisters would kill me !! Thanks all.
