How are Xmas carol singers different from Halloween trick or treaters?
They bang on your door late at night (after 9 – though T or T usually are done by 8), won't go away if you don't answer immediately (banged 3 times), average singing (or costumes in October), are collecting for something they believe in but you don't necessarily and as some of them are neighbours you're obliged to give something for fear of a reprisal in some form. aaaahhh!
