I thought it was a lesson in willpower. If you set yourself 'goals' and are beginning to weaken, then just watch this video.

It is striking how some people make dealing with adversity look so straightforward to do. Three people who have 'chosen' their family and for each of whom there is always hope. Well worth watching.
