it's all well and good audrey giving them a 10% deposit, but they will have to pay the first mortgage payment 28 days after completion and they whinged when gail tried to up their board by £100.00 a month, kylie has only had the job less than a year, david is a hairdresser , he doesn't own the salon now does he his gran took it back. It's risky and quite silly.,

Interest only mortgage (based on inheriting when Audrey snuffs it). Nick will lie about Kylie's income/how long she has been there because of their 'baby'. Audrey will be guarantor or Nick will get the mortgage in his name. Loads of ways around it. PS - v pleased with the way this has gone as I suggested it ages ago.

You won't have to wait long to find out Dot if things move at their usual speed. By next week they will have had the survey, got the mortgage, exchanged and be moved in and redecorating the place.
On a serious analytical note, I didn't realise both of them only worked part time, but then I've never really thought about it before. I shall carry on seriously analysing.

well they've only just set off and so they'll be somewhere on the M60 trying to get onto the M6 to then get the M58 into Liverpool to catch the ferry, saying that it it were me i would go to Holyhead, less obvious and quieter, not as many ANPR cop cars in welsh wales i reckon,

I was told that in detective programmes like cis they can only use what is available to everyday police forces so does the same not apply to these kind of programmes where if they are gonna reflect life then they would have to be acurate on such matters .Id bull doze the whole place down but that may not be allowed either.

If it does I bet a penny to £1000 it will be 'up and running' again within 10 days. Remember when the 'cafe' the Eastenders exploded burnt to ashes ? it was back in under 2 weeks and even had the same tables and menu boards .
