Hi!

Does the radiculous traffic lights tree actually work and control traffic thats near canary wharf? What exactly is the point in it, if it dosn't?

Looks like a cheap version of the light sculpture that was in Edinburgh many years ago.

It failed because the switching technology of the time proved unreliable. Hope the London one has better luck
