A wheeled bin has a separate box for glass bottles inside. how would an accurate weight of the contents of the wheeled bin and the box be determined in one go?

I don't think you've quite asked the question right....

To answer your actual question.... just weigh the whole lot full and subtract the weight of the bin and the box....

But I guess what you really what to know is how you'd get the weight of the normal rubbish and the glass bottles separately?

The scales set to allow for the weight of the bin and box, and everything else on top is the weight of the contents, is that what you mean?
