wishing u all the best and you friend on his great loss.....i hope that the next few days run as smoothly as possible for you all and you have the strength you all need to get through the coming months...xxx
I am sorry for your friends, but I didn't care that much about the football anyway bobbi. There is life, real life, going on all the time. Showbiz and glam really don't make any impression on me. Someone I work with lost her mum unexpectedly on Friday - I have been thinking about her all weekend, too.
Bobbi, sorry about your friends son dying, but life does go on
I care about both

thanks tink, I have spoken to our dear friend tonight...what can I say?
Obviously it does Bobbi but don't make me feel guilty for being disapointed with the result and not knowing anyone that has died this week, I only knew someone who died last week, he was 42, can I gain some moral high ground for having known him?

cheers poodi, 4get, when you see a man bereft of all today, it is hard to comprehend football x
well said dot. I kind of agree that england players shouldnt be called heroes if theyd have won but they can still be sports heroes. Too many people are comparing it to the fighters. Just because we are all supporting england doesnt mean we dont care about those fighting for our country, although today I think most of them watched the footie x
