i have worked for the nhs for 5year bt had a lot of sickness due to breavment ect i was doing realy well untill end of feb,i want to move away for a fresh start in life and a new job doing nurse banking could i just hand in my notice while still on the sick i dont want to face any one from work i have had a realy bad time and moving away seems to be the best thing for me please advise also would i be entitled to any sick pay due
