I got bleach on my hands a couple of days ago. There was no reaction at the time but now my hands have a burning feeling and they look a bit scaley. Is it normal for bleach to have a reaction a few days after contact has occured?

Yes this is a normal reaction to "Bleach burns".Keep your hands cool and uncovered ( No dressings) to let the air get to them.
Sounds like they might be just dried out perhaps, maybe a medicated but moisturising cream eg Savlon would be a good idea.
