Hi I'm planning to go to uni in september 2008 but am unsure on which universities I can get into. I sat my A Levels this summer and the results I received were ok but not sure how far this can get me. I got a B in FIlm Studies, a C in General studies and a D in English. I would love to do a degree along the lines of business and finance but its very tedious going through all the unis and looking at the entry requirements! If anyone knows of any unis that offer some sort of a financial degree and would accept my grades then please let me know! Thanks x

I'm going nuts - apologies, didn't read your question properly and was assuming that you meant 2007 entry.
However, if you wanted to get a deferred place sorted now for 2008 I'm pretty sure clearing is your first port of call there too - if you call them and explain your situation they'd be able to tell you what uni's had what spots open.
Other than that, i.e. if you don't want to go through clearing i.e. want to apply next year (and possibly get a place at a 'better' uni) then I think searching through the UCAS book is the only way to do it. I remember when I was applying for my degree - it was a nightmare!!

Or why not phone UCAS up for advice? It also looks like they also have a �15 Centigrade option which will help you make your choice.
