As reported by a certain newspaper (Sunday Sport I think) using an Earth-bound telescope, an Avro Lancaster bomber was seen on the surface of the Moon on the Oceanus Procellarum (Ocean of Storms). The moon buggy would be too small to resolve from the Earth's surface. The resolution of the Hubble Space Telescope is good enough to detect a moon buggy especially if the Sun is low in the lunar sky. Observing time on Hubble is precious though and a positive siting of Apollo debris is unlikely to convince any sceptic..

currently using hubble the smallest object that can be resolved is about 70 square metres, still too big. They went to the moon the evidence is overwealming. All the so called anolmolies explaned ad nauseum, see here for example: http://www.clavius.org/

No but we can and do regularly reflect lasers off of special reflectors
Three sets of these were left by the Apollo missions and they are used to accurately measure the moons distance to within milimeters and hence accurately calculate Newtons gravitational constant G. Hundreds of scientists from all over the world have worked on these reflectors over the last 40 years - maybe they were all in on the conspiracy too |
