i hope you're not planning on killing lots of fish for this experiment??
What an idiotic postulation! I would think that most people, and fish (without the "es' on the end), have more than a vague idea of the results of this "experiment". No Nobel Prize here, buddy!.
One way to poceed with this study would be to take advantage of the many experiments that have been taking place naturally for a while now. There are many polluted lakes and rivers out there along with a few pristine lakes and rivers for comparison. By looking at historic data (chemical and biological), you might be able to come some conclusions without killing a bunch of fish.
