Just go for a short 3 night break, it will seem forever to her and too long to you lol and kids go free don't they just now?
Dont go Euro Disney Save up and do the real thing (Florida) that what I'm in the process of doing. Do you want to go abroad? If not Centre Parcs is good and if you go out of school holiday its a reasonable price lots to do for adults and children excellent break. If you want it abroad get a villa in the South of France with a pool again reasonable priced or near Royan is nice (not sure if that is spelt right) as you have the pool it will keep your 4 yr entertained so you and the fella can chill out.
We've been to Center Parcs twice and loved it. If you go on their website they sometimes do special deals and you get a discount if you're taking a pre - schooler. My only advice would be to book up the activities you want to do as soon as you can to make sure you get the times and days you want.

We also took our two ( who turn 5 next week ) to EuroDisney for 3 nights in October and as Dot said that is the perfect length of time. I think the flight to France is also just the right length for a four year old -by the time they have a snack, go to the toilet and look at the clouds for a while, they're there. Word of warning - the price of food at eurodisney is ridiculous. We ended up smuggling croissants and stuff out from the hotel's buffet breakfast!.
I dont have children but went with my sister and her husband and my neice to Cala Blanes in Menorca. It was when my neice was 3 and we had a fabulous time. Everywhere was child friendly and lots of little soft play parks etc so we did that for a while in the evening before getting dinner. Lots for her to do around the hotel during the day too. Your daughter would have a fabulous time of course at Eurodisney or Disney Land but to be honest it is a lot of money and I think you should wait until she is older and the memory would stay with her for longer.
I should have said we have recently had a great long weekend at Center parcs - my sister has 2 children now. all the family went and there was something for everyone. Obviously more chance of some sun in Spain if you fancied it though.
