i have been described as "chilled" , "head in the clouds" etc etc.

it gets me down sometimes, like im not as quick off the mark as other people.

I have a good job im young (24)...

i have been described as "no common sense"

it does get me down at times when i see women who put up a better argument at work etc, i must seem like i dont care when i do...i just dont know how to express it.

I just want to know if this is common? when we play football sometimes they joke about me being the captain probably because they know i dont have leadership qualities as i am not the loud barking type of guy

Be happy with who you are. I really wouldn't take on other peoples opinions of what they think you are. Why do they have so much opinion on you anyway. Don't they have a life?
You sound like a lovely chap, and I'm sure you do have things to say if it interests you. Perhaps their conversations aren't that interesting eh?
Now go score a goal or 3 :-)
ignore them! i'm in a similar position in my new job (i'm quite chilled and there all the opposite - plus huge age gap as im 15-20 years younger than them).

ba happy that you don't take things too seriously, that's what i think.
